  • Paid amount will be updated in the main server in less then 30 Seconds.

Push Notifications (Alerts)

  • Notifications can be created for Low Balance, Very Low Balance.
  • FM / MC can decide the alerts cut off point.
  • Push notifications for Payment receipt confirmation. Help Desk
  • Mobile app powers resident to raise ticket for utility services help or Facility management.
  • All the tickets raised will be monitored till the ticket close after the support rendered to the resident.
  • Time lines also gets monitored in closing the ticket.

Visitor Management

  • Mobile App empowers resident to generate OTP to the visitors whom he allows to visit his resident.
  • Visitor needs to display the OTP no at the gate security.
  • Visitor will be allowed inside the premises upon the genunity of the OTP.
  • Visitors data will be stored in the cloud server for a period of 3 months.
